Mitigating risk was paramount for LeFrak. Get Covered was able to help assist in providing insurance compliance and tracking services to ensure its tenants had the right coverage. Get Covered met with LeFrak to understand the challenges they wanted to solve and implemented an effective strategy to ensure its tenants meet the insurance requirements in their lease. LeFrak requires its tenants to have renters insurance with a certain minimum AM Best rating, so we created a custom solution to ensure adherence to each tenant’s lease requirements. Using AI and proprietary technology, Get Covered was able to roll-out in under three weeks.
